Refund and Cancellation Policy
The current promotional price is $0 through December 31, 2026. The regular annual price is $3,000 per organization.
Because access is licensed annually and onboarding work may begin after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once the license is activated, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by mis-anthropy.
For v1, renewals are manual rather than automatic. Customers may choose not to renew before the next annual term begins.
